Your role

We are seeking an experienced Level 3 WINTEL and VDI Design Engineer to support the customer deployable systems across multiple domains

The Level 3 WINTEL and VDI Design Services shall include:

(A) contribution to the Authority's design and implementation of WINTEL equipment and systems;

(B) analysis and evaluation of solutions and applications to enhance the performance and security of WINTEL equipment and systems;

(C) liaising and working collaboratively with other Authority Third Parties, Resolver Groups, and any other persons specified by the Authority to implement Service Changes and technical changes and resolve Level 3 WINTEL Incidents, Level 3 WINTEL Problems and Level 3 WINTEL Defects;

(D) Generating high level designs (HLDs) and low level designs (LLDs) for subsets of System WINTEL capability;

(E) updating Design Documentation to capture changes in the design of WINTEL equipment and systems;

(F) creating user build guides and configuration instructions for the installation of WINTEL equipment and systems;

(G) provide support to product selection. The support is covering core hours 37 hours per week mainly on customer site

Your experience

• Strong skills in Microsoft Windows Server 2016
• Active Directory & Group Policy management, design and support
• Microsoft HyperV virtualization or VMware experience
• Windows Server technologies such as Skype For Business, Exchange 2012/16, MIM, SharePoint
• Security technologies such as McAfee AV / ePolicy Orchestrator, DPM, VMM
• Documentation and design, including Agile delivery
• PowerShell and other scripting experience
