WIFI NETWORK ENGINEER - (Design, Enterprise, CCNP+).

Intro

• We have a great new role opportunity available, working for a major solution provider based in central London.
• The role will focus on the design, test and delivery of wifi network solutions for enterprise customers.
• Initially for a one month period, with a view of further work, following a successful trial period.

Required Skills

• CCNP or above
• A minimum of 5 years' hands on experience building and configuring complex networks
• A strong understanding of IP networking & protocols - MPLS / LAN / WAN / Voice / Data / routing and switching / security / SIP etc.
• Hands on experience with Cisco / Juniper / Sandvine networking technologies
• Hands on Linux experience
• Understanding of Telecommunications Transmission Systems
• Strong written and verbal communication skills required for presenting complex technical concepts
• Customer facing experience within a technical environment.
• Strong influencing skills
• Ability to work in a high pressure environment with tight deadlines
• Able to work on their own initiative and as part of a team

Desirable skills, attributes and experience:

• Experience of working within a data network carrier / service provider / mobile network operator environment.
• Service design skills (OOT services such as Wifi, Cloud, SIP, Internet)
• Hands on experience with Alcatel networking technologies
• Knowledge of Radius design and operation
• Knowledge of scripting languages
