WEB CONTENT MANAGER - (PART-TIME, 1 DAY PER WEEK)

Role

• Maintaining and updating content on web platforms for the business

Required Knowledge and Skills:

• Strong e-retailing experience, ideally within a mobile/retail/e-commerce/consumer/high volume business, successfully driving traffic and delivering sales targets
• Producing business requirements, IA, user scenarios, user flow diagrams and wireframes
• Good understanding of web usability best practices and web analytics and MVT testing tools to optimise content & campaigns, improving performance
• Good e-Commerce technology appreciation; internet enthusiast
• Experience or knowledge of Sitecore and WordPress
• Extremely customer focused and prepared to go the extra mile to deliver a great customer experience without compromising achievement of business results
• Good understanding of Google Analytics and other digital analysis tools
• An innovative thinker, constantly seeks out new ways to get things done and deliver value to the business
• Experience of using Jira to manage website changes, assess effort and ensure code quality, by liaising with a third party development organisation and internal test and deployment teams
• Ability to think on your own initiative
• Good partner management experience
