Voice Networks Engineer- Ericsson MD110 - London - Canary Wharf - Contract

My client are a world leading IT and Technology Specialist who currently have an opportunity for a Technical Specialist on a customer site based in Canary Wharf, London.

You will provide day to day support of the customer's telephony network from 1st to 3rd line level, and attend to larger project work which is mainly performed at week-ends so to minimise impact to the service, therefore availability and flexibility are essential.

The successful candidate will have very good experience of Ericsson MD110 BC13 PABX system, CallExpress voicemail, Rightfax and call logging systems together with excellent customer facing skills. The ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines will also be pivotal and the ability to maintain regular contact with 3rd party Telco and hardware maintainers are key.

You will ideally have the following skill set *:

• Strong experience in telephony networks from 1st to 3rd line level
• Recent indepth experience of Ericsson MD110 is mandatotory
• ProcessFlow Rightfax
• BTS Call Logger
• Call Express Voicemail

* Candidates must be UK Residents as Baseline Security Clearance will be required- a valid SC Clearance or existing Baseline Clearance is an advantage.
