Triage Lead (Core Mobile Network). Reading. Contract role.
Mobile telecoms company seeks a Triage Lead to work on a core network project, you will be dealing with faults that arise from testing core network elements and assign the correct team to resolve them. Using Quality Centre tool. You will have working knowledge of mobile core network and worked in a fault finding, service desk role previously. This is a Triage lead role and therefore will involve running the daily meetings to resolve defects and also support the defect manager. Working in a fast paced environment with excellent communication skills.
