Triage Lead

Great contract opportunity open for a Triage Lead to come on-board and work for a reputable telecommunications vendor based in Reading, Berkshire. This will be an initial 6 month contract position with competitive rates on offer.

Key experience:

• Summary of role requirements of Triage Lead
• Runs the daily defect meetings, these may be up to three times daily as the programme reaches critical phases in its lifecycle
• Runs the triage meetings to resolve defects that lack traction
• Support the Defect Manager
• Will need to be able to deal with faults that arise from testing Core Network Elements and assign the correct team to resolve
