Trading Manager/ Commercial Manager/ Base Marketing/Proposition

I have a permanent opportunity for a Trading Manager for a leading telecommunication company based in Berkshire.

As the Trading Manager you will manage the day to day trading category roadmap to maximise volumes and margin. To this end you will have great people skills, and an ability to create and realise solutions through analysis and strategic planning. Trading Managers deliver the monthly outcome for the team by working with others within an agreed financial framework. These are high profile positions within the customer retail division with a primary responsibility of delivering financial returns, but keeping customer at the forefront of any decisions.

You will be responsible for creating and implementing the trading roadmap of customer propositions, creating promotions and bringing new propositions to market and using insight to ensure all activities are aligned to the customer's needs.

We are looking for candidates who are good with numbers, are analytical, have an entrepreneurial flair and understand shopping behaviours.
