Tools & Systems Analyst

BRAND NEW ROLE!!! Working with a high-profile Telco to recruit a Tools & Systems Analyst to ensure the integrity of the key tools and systems utilised within their Programme Office. You will be involved in not only ensuring the tools and systems are available but also the ongoing improvement of them.

As the Tools & Systems Analyst you will provide SME knowledge to the wider business and resolve any usability issues they may encounter. This role will put you in front of a variety of stakeholders as you provide the primary point of advice, support and guidance on the use of Programme Office tolls and systems.

The role of Tools & Systems Analyst involves a range of activities including:

• Handling multiple queries
• Management and administration of systems including the management of resource (users) with access
• Daily checks to ensure stability of tools / systems
• Conducting updates during planned outages

Whilst you're in the role of Tools & Systems Analyst you will demonstrate and develop skills within:

• Tool governance - Including but not specifically limited to: Project Online / Sharepoint / JIRA
• Understanding of Programme / Project governance, , methodologies (Agile / Waterfall)
• Provision of analysis reporting (developing & analysing data)
• Usage of MS Office 365 applications
