Telecoms Property Planning & Relationship Specialist

A Telecoms Property Planning & Relationship Strategy Specialist is required by a pioneering Mobile Telecoms organisation.

The Telecoms Property Planning & Relationship Strategy Specialist will provide specialist planning & stakeholder management support to an allocated programme team.

Liaising with key internal and external stakeholders including design & planning authorities and shareholder representatives to develop and implement a planning approval strategy which maximises planning consent delivery. Especially street works development in priority delivery areas.

The Telecoms Property Planning & Relationship Strategy Specialist will also implement, drive and monitor supplier performance within the programme to maximise planning success across the programme. In addition to this, the role will entail planning and performance reporting. Analysing regional planning data and produce recommendations for supplier improvement as required to drive high quality planning submission and maximise planning success.

Candidates will have previous experience within telecommunications with multiple interfaces - planning, acquisition or project management.

You will have experience in managing suppliers and benchmarking performance whilst delivering against key objectives within a dynamic environment.

You will have an understanding of Town & Country planning legislation, policy and guidance related to telecoms and associated developments.
