Telecoms Infrastructure Asset Manager - you will be responsible for managing a team of Property PMs and overseeing the NTQ / Decommissioning work of a number of mobile telecoms sites. This is a permanent position working for a leading Mobile Telecoms company based in Reading, Berkshire.

Working with the Head of Property you will identify, develop and deliver the roadmap for the Infrastructure Asset Management Team and link this to delivery of long and short term strategy objectives. You will be responsible for managing the relationships with Site Providers, Small Works Contractors and managing landlord escalations during the NTQ/Decom/Asset Management process.

As Telecoms Infrastructure Asset Manager you will manage a team of Property Project Managers, and be accountable for all Infrastructure Asset Management projects including replacement site coverage solutions (as a result of termination notices or end of life assets, relocating equipment, upgrading equipment and decommissioning sites).

Skills & Experience Required:

• Project and contract management experience
• Experience and knowledge of telecoms acquisition, design, build and decommissioning activities and projects
• Managing teams through periods of change
• Managing 3rd party supplier contracts, performance recovery plans and supplier relationships
• Capex and Opex budgetary management
• Setting continuous improvement initiatives
• Team management
