6 Month Initial Contract

A new contract assignment has come up working for a leading Mobile Telecoms Company working as a Service Transition Manager! This will be an initial 6 month contract and we are looking for someone who can start ASAP!

Based in Dublin (near Sir John Rogerson Quay) you will be responsible for the quality and successful delivery of 'Transfer to Operations' for new and changed services in line with ITIL best practice. We require an experienced Service Transition Manager with a deep understanding of the service transition function and project lifecycle.

As Service Transition Manager you will be responsible for (But not limited to):

• Ensuring new services have a fully developed end to end support structure (including processes, SLA's, KPI's, WLA's)
• Ensure compliance with the Operational readiness process for all new services
• Provide fully documented Service Acceptance Criteria and support models aligned to ITILv3 best practice
• Ensure Impact Assessment is completed for all new projects

Skills & Experience Required:

• ITIL Certified (intermediate)
• Demonstrable experience of designing support models for services/platforms over their entire lifecycle, from concept to retirement through design, transition and operation
• Commitment to service excellence and customer experience
• Flexibility in a rapidly changing and development environment
• Proven track record in striving for continuous improvement and driving efficiency
• Proven team player
