Technical Project Manager- Operational Readiness

Qualities we are looking for:

• Ability to work in a high pressure environment where priorities often change and need to be addressed rapidly.
• Experience in a production environment supporting mission-critical applications.
• Ability to understand, analyse, and communicate operational designs, operational issues, and project status to key stakeholders
• Collaborative approach to working and ability to work independently with team members in Europe, India and the US.

Skill, Qualifications and Experience:

• Ability to lead and design a'Service Design or ServiceDefinition' based onITIL for a Managed Service for 2 new complex solutions for our customers. The service must include all day to day operational aspects post launch. Service Design must include:
  • Service Catalogue Management
  • Service Level Management
  • Information Security Management
  • Capacity Management
  • Availability Management
  • Tools to support the above Service
• Ability to lead the software selection for new products required for the Service Design.
• Ability to design configuration and integration of selected tools to effectively and efficiently deliver the service.
• Communicate proactively with all involved personnel to identify problems, create solutions, and implement quick resolutions.
• Ability to plan the design and implementation of a new Service.
• Ability to clearly document project risk assessments including impact and mitigation response.

Ideal candidate will have:

• Proven and demonstrable experience of designing and implementing a Service Design in a complex technical environment.
• Previous experience in a Video/Media environment or highly complex technical environment.
• Exposure to OTT video multi-device clients.
• Demonstrable experience of IT support of applications and services operating as *aaS.
