My client, based in Dublin, are one of the leading network, telecommunications and mobile technology companies in the UK. They looking for a Tax & Treasury Administrator to join their Accounts, Finance and Tax & Treasury Team.
About The Role
You will be responsible giving support to the Tax and Treasury Manager, by way of completing daily tasks and delivering all required reports in an efficient and timely manner.
- Sending daily emails to group Treasury
- Manual payments and cheques processing
- Process customer refunds payment
- Process any other ad hoc payments
- Updating daily cash flow with actuals from bank
- Reconciling Treasury accounts
- Preparing weekly cash flow report
- Keeping treasury calendar up to date
- Completing Oracle cash management daily
- Monitoring Treasury email
- Online banking
- Completing FX purchase
- Assist with VAT compliance i.e. the Irish VAT return, VIES and Intrastat
- Assist with RCT compliance i.e. notifications and returns
- Assist with ad hoc tax administrative tasks
- Oracle user
- Good excel user
- Attention to detail
- Good communication skills
- Team player
- Pro active
