Talent Tools Manager - Recruitment Technology Implementation

Talent Tools Selection and Implementation Manager required to evaluate recruitment tools and manage the rollout and implementation across our client base.

Other responsibilities include:

• Head up Talent Lab.
• Project manage implementation and rollout of latest recruitment technology including training.
• Social Media strategy implementation by working with on and offsite teams.
• Support clients with new implementations.
• Produce data driven analytics.
• Enhance source and selection tools to attract broader talent pool.
• Familiar with latest advances in talent technology and digital tools.
• Provide expertise in AI and Digital Transformation.
• Experience of the following advantageous - Chatbots, Quora, Geo Targeting, AI & Robotics, IFTTT, Followerwonk, Podcasts.

Long term contract, great rate on offer. This position can be worked from home or from any Project People office in the UK.
