Job Description
Talent Attraction Strategist required for long term contract, great rate available, start ASAP.
Responsibilities include:
- Design innovative and creative sourcing models utilising the latest tools and trends.
- Process redesign.
- Analysis of market data and competitor information.
- Social Media strategy development.
- Tools analysis and implementation.
- Sourcing proposition design and presentation.
- Demonstrable background in building first class solutions in attracting, recruiting and retaining top talent.
- Employer branding.
Candidates should have experience of the above within the RPO industry.
