Talent Acquisition Specialist - Contract - Berkshire

Talent Acquisition Specialist required for a leading Technology brand on an ongoing contract basis with a competitive day rate.

In this exciting role you will be responsible for understanding roles, screening applications and making recommendations as well as leading behavioural/competency-based interviewing. You will need to own your roles and be experienced in the recruitment process as well as performing face to face interviewing.

Skills and Experience Required:

• Solid recruitment experience, ideally with experience of working in-house previously
• Previous experience of performing competency based interviews
• Excellent note taking skills
• Ability to maintain a non-biased mind-set
• Extremely organised with excellent stakeholder skills up to Director level
