Talent Acquisition Partner
Currently looking for proven Recruitment professionals on a contract basis who are interested in supporting an exciting HR recruitment programme for a major technology client.
In this role, you will be able to use your recruitment expertise to help with the selection process of permanent employees.
- Understand job specifications and review CV's, making recommendations for interview
- Conduct and manage the end to end behavioural interview process for roles with hiring managers
- Perform excellent candidate interview
- Lead wash-up sessions with hiring managers
- Manage the candidate feedback process
- Maintain excellent tracking information
- Proven recruitment experience, with either in-house or agency experience
- Have previously performed behavioural or competency based interviews
- Excellent note taking, and listening skills
- Must have excellent stakeholder skills, with an ability to engage with all levels
