System Analyst - Contact Centre
Project People are currently recruiting for a System Analyst based in Maidenhead.
The successful candidate will be supporting the Contact Centre channel with data analysis of the dialler system (Genesys) that is used in all of the contact centres. You will be translating the data into useful insights and on how to improve the contact centre operations
You will be reporting into the Head of Channel Operations and supporting 3 Incident and Operations Managers where you will be identifying key performance issues from all of the system data and offering general support in anything system related
Knowledge and Experience
You will need to be able to demonstrate the following:-
Experience of translating complex data into simple insights and used those insights to make operational recommendations and influenced change.
- SQL querying
- SAS would be desirable but not essential
You will need to have excellent communication skills and able to influence and implement change and able to make recommendations to line management based on the analysis of data.
