System Analyst (Channel Operations) - Permanent - Berkshire

We are looking for a Data Analyst or System Performance Analyst, who can support the Contact Centre channel with reporting and data analysis primarily of the dialler system Genesys.

Reporting into a Head of Channel Operations, you will be supporting 3 Incident and Operations managers in identifying key performance issues from all the system data, and offering general support in anything system related.

Technical Requirements:

• Advanced Excel
• SQL querying
• SAS - very nice to have

The ideal candidate will be:

• able to have difficult conversations
• able to influence and implement change
• able to make sensible recommendations to line management based on analysis of data
