**SC Cleared Senior Infrastructure Test Engineer. Stevenage. Contract role.

Great contract opportunity open for Infrastructure Test Engineers with strong network test skills, to come on-board and work for a market leading Global IT vendor based in Corsham, Wiltshire. This will be an initial 6 month contract position with competitive rates on offer.

Key Experience:

Strong network test skills

Produces accurate test cases that address clearly defined requirements.

Produces test cases with an appropriate level of technical detail for the target audience responsible for test execution.

Good familiarity with testing tools.

Uses risk to identify where more or less testing is required based on testing outcomes.

Produces clear and unambiguous test plans that address project requirements and risks and contribute to test strategy.

Effectively communicates the testing strategy and plans throughout the project & customer teams.

Successfully delivers all testing activities in the test plans within forecast and timescale constraints.

Responsible for:

o Identifying Test & Acceptance criteria from Engineering design documentation (LLDs etc) for Core Services

o Developing Test Scripts for Core Services

o Undertaking formal & informal testing in support of the Test Plan

o Managing/maintaining the Test & Development Rig

o Test Script Proving on Test & Development Rig

o Managing the QEC Test Script development schedule

o Weekly Status Reporting

• Supporting:

o Test Script Triage Process

o Engagement with Engineering team at weekly meetings

o Reviewing Engineering Testing Activities/Providing independent oversight

o User Demonstrations/Trials as Core Services SME

o User Training of Sys Admin on QEC Training Rig/Corsham Hub

o IT&T Evidence Collection

Due to the nature of the role, candidates will need to hold security clearance to SC Level before starting on site.
