Home Office Cleared Level 2 support. To provide 24/7 support- shift rota. Triage incidents and escalate to 3rd line where relevant.
Raise Jira's from ServiceNow.
Manage Border force user port user accounts.
Assist with Warning Index activities.
The successful candidates will have current Home Office Security Clearance, worked in 2nd line support role, awareness of LINUX, windows based systems and ServiceNow.
