Software License Desk Consultant

We are working with a market leading supplier of IT infrastructure products and services to recruit a Software License Desk Consultant.

In the role of Software License Desk Consultant you will support some key customers by providing remote and on-site SAM services. You will proactively manage licence entitlement and compliance.

Supported by a successful service providing team you will work with customers to ensure their software estate is optimised and that they receive maximum value from their investments. As well as assisting customers in day to day entitlement management you will provide scheduled reports / update calls and on-site Effective License Positions.

To perform the role of Software License Desk Consultant you will have:

• License knowledge of Microsoft, Adobe and / or VMWare
• Knowledge of Oracle / IBM database products.
• Background with Software license management solutions such as Snow Software
