Site Surveyor - Working for a leading telecoms company based in Reading, Berkshire, we are looking for a RICS (or equiv) certfied Chartered Surveyor. This position is responsible for the estate management of a large portfolio of sites across the UK and so experience gained within a similar large scale environment such as Utilities or Telecoms would be required.

As Site Surveyor your responsibilities will include - carrying out rent reviews, lease renewals, exit management and replacement site terms approval, site upgrade rights, Landlord relations, cabling and wayleaves etc. You will work closely with the wider Property team providing specialist support and advice to ensure the continued improvement of processes required to protect the network for the millions of customers who use it.

Skills & experience we are looking for:

• Property related qualifications - RICS or CAAV - or equivalent
• Experience of compulsory purchase
• Experience of wayleaves
• Have worked in an Operator, Managed Service Supplier, Small Works Contractor or Chartered Surveying practice
• Property Surveying experience gained within telecoms or utilities, responsible for managing a large portfolio of sites
