Site Surveying Managers (Agreement/Rollout/Upgrade) - Contract - Berkshire and Bucks

We are looking for a number of Site Surveying Managers within different sectors to join our clients team. We are looking for a Site Upgrade Manager, a Site Rollout Manager and a Site Agreement Renewal Manager.

Due to changes in legislation, our client will be looking to these managers to ensure a smooth transition and optimising business processes to reflect these legislative changes.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Introduce through training workshops our clients revised Processes as they relate to renewals into our client and Shareholder suppliers and teams.
  • Change the hearts and minds of employees and suppliers affected by any proposed change, engaging cross-functionally as well as within the respective departments to inspire and empower process change.
  • Provide support to Shareholders, Suppliers and Contractors in the implementation of the new legislation and to act as an escalation point when issues are encountered.
  • Introduce innovation into the process that can impact results, enhance delivery and assist the organisation to meet its business objectives and goals.
  • Implement any "quick win" process improvements to enhance delivery and to react to what will be a rapidly evolving work space.
  • Support internal and external stakeholders in Acquisition, Legal Deployment and Transmission functions.
  • Have a vision of the big picture and be able to foster an environment of continuous improvement.
  • Provide support to suppliers in site specific issues relating to Renewals, Acquisitions, Upgrades and other Code related areas including access rights, lease terms and valuation.
  • Provide pragmatic, prudent and consistent advice to third parties.
  • Maximise the cost savings / cost prevention.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Property Knowledge.
  • Demonstrable experience in Business Process and Transformational change.
  • Have worked in an Operator, Managed Service Supplier or Small Works Contractor environment and or for a Utility Company.
  • Qualifications eg: RICS or CAAV membership.
  • Telecoms experience, gained at either Operator, Managed Service Provider or Small Works Contractor level or Valuation expertise gained working for Chartered Surveying practice or similar.
