This leading telecoms company are seeking an experienced Site Design Coordinator to join their busy team in London.

This role will suit someone from PMO background who has a vast amount of experience with coordinating the site design function.

Reporting to the Regional Design Manager and supporting the Acquisition team, you will act as the key interface for design suppliers. You will be coordinating the submission of designs from various parties ensuring they match released demand and site survey agreements.

Responsibilities include:

• Delivery
  • Management of designs from design suppliers
  • Ensuring designs meet requirement, ensuring quality
  • Ensuring rejected designs are resubmitted within agreed SLA's
  • Manage tracker of design submissions E2E

• Stakeholder Management
  • Interface with stakeholders
  • Strive to ensure collaborative working relationships
  • Govern relationship between parties, and ensure competition laws are abided by

• Process Design Drawings
  • Deliver efficient monitoring, control and reporting of design submissions using business tool
  • Ensure input of cleansed data

You must have:

• An understanding of designs is preferable
• Experience of working for a supplier would be nice
• Experience within telecoms would be preferable
