Site Access Negotiator

Site Access Negotiator - Berkshire - 3 months (initially)

Project People are currently looking for a Site Access Negotiator to join a well-known high profile telecommunications client based in Berkshire.

Key responsibilities:

• Reviewing the legal agreement for the telecommunication sites - identifying, understanding and recording existing levels of access
• Assessing and improving the site access details
• Reading leases and interpretation of legal rights of access
• Identifying site where access right are limited
• Negotiating directly with landlord and agents to improve site access rights
• Assessing and seeing approval for any documentation and financial settlements to achieve access improvement
• Interfacing with internal teams, identifying and resolving site access issues and failures
• Supporting the development of improvement strategies
• Report on progress, successes and failures using Excel, Access and Powerpoint

Key requirements/ experience of:

• Understanding of legal agreements
• Brilliant communications skills
• Problem resolution
• Great negotiating skills
• Formal letter writing referring to contractual obligations
