Site Access Negotiator

Site Access Negotiator. 6Months contract. Reading

Site access negotiator required to work on a contract basis in Reading for mobile telecoms company. You will work within the property department who is responsible for the estate management and implementation of property and planning strategies. The site access negotiator will work within the site access team and support the delivery of improved access arrangements to portfolio of sites.

In a nutshell you will be on the phone to landlords and landlords agents negotiating access terms for engineers. You will have good customer service / account management experience as well as good working knowledge of Excel/ data management (confident use of Excel and recruitment process will include an excel test- pivot tables, graphs, v-look ups).
