Job Description

Customer Facing Site Access Delivery Manager - Mobile Telecoms - 6 months+ - Berkshire

Role:

Identify site where access rights are insufficient and/or where physical access arrangements differ from legal rights

Negotiate directly with Landlords and Landlord's agents to improve site access rights and arrangements

Liaise directly with Landlords and Landlords agents to enforce legal rights

Prepare ad hoc business case for spending on site specific improvements. Site Access improvements (new track, new gate) help unblock any non 24/7 site access sites

Manage and coordinate internal teams, MSP's and/or 3rd party suppliers to identify solutions to secure continued occupation and/or extended or replacement site coverage for sites identified as "at risk"

Responsible for reading leases and the correct interpretation of legal rights of access

Responsible for reading, assessing and improving the site access details of Sitenet

Assist with the development of negotiation guidelines and communications with Landlords to improve and document site access arrangements and legal rights

Undertake negotiations with Landlords to understand access issues and secure improved site access arrangements and legal rights

Essential Skills:

Knowledge of telecoms site acquisition and estates processes and procedures

Understanding of Telecoms NTQ processes and procedures

Good project and contract management experience within telecoms infrastructure rollout

Knowledge of interpreting telecoms legal agreement rights - lift and shift notices, obligations on the landlord & tenant, notices to terminate

Customer facing - able to present to shareholders on project issues/budgets/solutions etc and maintain strong relationships

Can manage issues to resolution with 3rd party suppliers, landlords and agents

Has an appreciation of Acquisition, Lease Agreements, Access T&C's, and NTQs (Notice to Quits)

Has an appreciation and ability to present solutions for practical access issues (gates, tracks, accessibility..)
