Job Description:

My client is looking to hire a ServiceNow Analyst/Architect to assist with the transition phase of the client's Future Support Contract. The contract will deliver an Enterprise Service Management (ESM) and Managed Information Service (MIS) to the client. The MIS will incorporate both Remedy and Service Now toolsets into the existing network.

The role will report into the Solution Owner (CTO) and will assist the development of the ServiceNow solution. You will work closely with the contracted ServiceNow Consultants and the Data Analyst to ensure the current business processes are mapped into the ServiceNow toolset.

Responsibilities:
* Assist the implementation of the ServiceNow solution.
* Work with the ServiceNow Consultants to identify new opportunities and ensure the proposed solution satisfies the needs of the contract.
* Additional related tasks as directed by the Solution Owner.

Mandatory Skills Required:
Technically proficient with the design and implementation of ESM and MIS solutions and toolsets specifically Service Now.

Due to the nature of the work, candidates will need to hold SC clearance prior to starting the role.
