Service Process Architect

Service Process Architect (ServiceNow). Homebased/ London. Contract.

Service Process Architect required with experience of EMEIA wide responsibility and ServiceNow tool experience. To work as the design authority on complex solutions. Responsible for the design and communication of structures to enable and guide the design and development of integrated solutions.

You will have complete responsibility for technical input to qualification and business approval meetings, designing larger more complex solutions.

Shape technical proposals to be commercially acceptable to the customer.

Establish customer requirements for a solution building strong relationships.
