Service Performance Manager - Berkshire - Contract

Service Performance Manager with experience gained within the Mobile Telecoms industry - in particular working on the RAN network - required for to join my client, a rapidly growing Telecoms company on a contract basis in Reading, Berkshire.

Your role will be to manage and lead diverse teams in the delivery of a service in order to help maintain the performance of the Mobile network.

Service Performance Manager - Responsibilities:

  • Reporting and monitoring on KPIs and performance SLAs
  • Predicting and preventing negative impacts on the network
  • Managing suppliers
  • Engaging with shareholders, providing insight on supplier performance
  • Challenging suppliers, driving performance
  • Support the development of service improvement plans for network improvement
  • Identifying risks
  • Maintaining shareholder relationships

Essential Skills & Experience:

  • Thorough understanding of 3G/4G system architecture
  • Experience managing and leading large diverse delivery teams
  • Extensive experience in an Operational Mobile Radio network environment
  • Experience working in a customer facing role within service management, influencing shareholders and key stakeholders
  • Proven track record of managing contracts to deliver maximum value
  • Strong influencing skills
  • Comprehensive understanding of key performance indicators and measures used to assess service quality within the 3G/4G network systems and subsystems
