Job Description
Service Desk Agent (24/7 shifts) - Limerick - Contract
Service Desk Agent required on an on-going contract basis to play a pivotal role in supporting internal teams and external customers on a range of services and platforms.
This position will fulfil a 2 Cycle Shift (8PM to 8AM) that operates 7 days a week, 365 days a year.
The successful candidate will have a strong Service Desk and customer-facing Technical Support experience, ideally with a technical background in networking, ITIL service functions.
