Service Design Architect - Technology

We work alongside one of the most recognisable brands within Telcoms and they are looking to recruit a Service Design Architect - Technology who will assist in the definition of Service Management operations for all current and future technologies.

In the role of Service Design Architect - Technology you will work with multiple partners to ensure the delivery of business objectives whilst ensuring all aspects of Service Operations Management are developed successfully.

As our client seeks to develop its technology strategy you will ensure all strategies are translated into the correct policies, standards and requirements.

The role of Service Design Architect - Technology will be involved in:

• Understanding of Technology / Operations vision & strategy
• Understanding of vendors' product roadmaps
• Developing of Operations Service frameworks
• Embedding Best Practice Service Design / Architecture practice
• Establishing operational requirements to provide the required customer and business objectives

In the role of Service Design Architect - Technology you will demonstrate and enhance skills within:

• Knowledge of applicable technologies within Telecommunications including mobile networks and IP / MPLS
• Leading technical specialists
• Managing of commercial agreements
• Best Practice of Service Management frameworks such as ITIL and ISO27001
• Background of RFQ / RFP evaluation
