Service Delivery Manager - Security Patching - Contract - London

Service delivery manager required to work in a complex patching environment

Responsibilities;

• Applying 3rd party vendor supplied fixes for Hardware and software assets
• Ensure managed assets within each service tower are patched against security vulnerabilities and software bugs
• Provision of patching reports and statistics
• Ownership of the patching schedule
• Management of any emergency patching activities required on an ad-hoc basis

Candidate Requirements

• Technical understanding of patching - ideally you will have hands on technical experience
• Understanding of general IT Security
• Service Delivery experience in demanding environment
• Strong communication skills
• Responsible for ensuring service is delivered in line with service bought and remains within contractual boundaries
