My client is looking for a Service Delivery Manager to be based in Corsham. The successful Service Delivery Manager (SDM) who can look at the platforms and advise on the technologies and how to make them work between the platforms.

Job Description:

This resource will be an integral part of the TLS team, working into the DPS Design and Engineering as well as the wider planning and support organisations to deliver tooling hardware, support the development and selection of the software, and work with the process development team to understand and shape how the SM tools support the process workflows. In outline this will be a technical project managers role who has experience of SM tooling and a proven track record of delivering technical projects against a tight timeframe.

* Be based in Corsham, with periodical travel to stakeholder sites which may require overnight stays.
* Have a deep understanding of ITIL process implementation, specifically ITILv3.
* Have a wide experience of Service Management toolsets, including CMDBs, ticketing systems, and Service Catalogues. .
* Have experience in working in Agile projects.
* Have a good understanding of engineering processes and technical development skills.
* Be the single point of contact between the Service Management function and the Engineering function for all tooling, from requirements to implementation.

Due to the nature of the work candidates will need to be SC cleared prior to starting.
