I am recruiting for a Service Assurance/Delivery Manager on a rolling contract to work for my client a leading mobile telecommunications company based in Berkshire.
This position has a heavy focus on service performance but also continuous service improvement. This person will be managing 3rd party suppliers and extensive experience in this is required for this role.
This role will be an all-round service management role but heavy emphasis on service improvement. The Manager is looking for someone to have the drive and focus to be continually looking at ways of improving service
Role will involve problem management and ensuring incidents are handled correctly.
- Ideally telecommunications experience is required for this role
- Strong service performance and service Improvement experience
- Dealing with 3rd party suppliers
