Service Delivery Manager. London, Canary Wharf. 3 month contract
Service Delivery manager required to work on a contract basis, this is a technical role (patching) and will suit someone who has evolved from an engineer background. The role holder will be responsible for ensuring service is delivered in line with service bought and remains within contractual boundaries. Producing reports on state of service (end of life/ end of service life). Complex patching environment on an historic estate.
Managing service delivery to customers in order to deliver contracted service commitments & continual service improvements.
Accountable for forecasting and management of the account P&L, balance sheet and cash. Owning risks, controls service costs and improve productivity. Identify and define requirements for new services.
Mange the service delivery team delivering to the customer, driving development and effectiveness.
