This is a short term contract opportunity working as a Service Delivery Manager on behalf of a leading IT Managed Services Company. Starting ASAP (Dec/Jan) this contract will run until end of March / early April 2022.

This is a home working / remote position.

As Service Delivery Manager, you will report into the Senior Service Delivery Manager and you will be responsible for service delivery and relationship management to help facilitate the hand over and exit.

Your Responsibilities will include :

• Manages service delivery to the customer in order to deliver contracted service commitments & continual service improvements.
• Accountable for forecasting and management of the account P&L (orders, revenue & margin), balance sheet, and cash.
• Proactively manages internal and external suppliers in a service partnership as 'one service team'.

Requirements:

• Prior experience working as a Service Delivery Manager within IT services
• Excellent relationship building skills
• Able to maintain service delivery as per SLAs
• Ensure customer satisfaction
