ITIL Service Architect/Service Process Designer is urgently required by our Global IT Outsourcing Client for an initial contract until 28th of February 2018 to be based in Uxbridge. The Service Architect is be responsible for ensuring our clients customer and accounts teams receive a service management service and process which meets their contractual and operational requirements.
In addition to the established Service Desk Implementation team, the role of the Service Architect is expected to be able to deliver Service Process Design & support ITIL process based collateral. Processes, artefacts and re-usable collateral are already in place in the Service Desk Deployment space, however there is an ambition to drive this across the wider ITIL Service Management space where such collateral does not already exist.
The team will also have a responsibility to support accounts in planning for service delivery of sustainable practices. The successful individual will report to a Service Architecture Manager.
The Service Architect is responsible for the service process design of our customers Service Offerings and the Service process Design/Implementation for an individual customer. The role covers the following components:
- Service organisation design * Service process design * Service Descriptions * Service Support Models The Service Architect can be engaged during any part of the service lifecycle, but is usually focused on Transition.
