Senior Transition Manager

Contract - Berkshire

This is a hybrid role for a Programme Manager and a Technical Contracts Manager which will involve dealing with the contract negotiation, then put in place the new ways of working - transition

Role:

To lead and proactively manage the technical negotiation of, and transition to, new infrastructure partner agreements to agreed business outcome, cost and performance targets.

To establish and maintain the alignment of the technical negotiation and transition to shareholder requirements

The proactive management of all negotiation and transition inter-dependencies, risks and issues. Initiating corrective action and intervention to achieve successful completion of the negotiation and transition

The proactive management of the transition budget, forecasting, monitoring and reporting spend against the delivery of benefit to the shareholders through the governance and commercial processes

Essential Skills:

  • Significant and extensive experience of leading and managing the negotiation of high value (TVC £1bn) and complex agreements
  • Significant experience of leading and managing the implementation of high value and complex agreements to achieve agreed business outcomes and performance targets
  • Extensive experience of formal Programme Management and experience managing transformation activity
  • Experience within the telecoms infrastructure market
  • Experience managing contracts of high value and complexity into operations (within mobile telecoms infrastructure)
