Senior Software Engineer (C and 3GPP / RRC)

Exciting new opportunity for an experienced Software Engineer with a background using C and 3GPP with a focus on RRC to join a leading mobile telecommunications company in Cambridge on a 3 month initial contract.

As Senior Software Engineer you would:

• Focus on embedded protocol software development, developing power-efficient implementations of complex wireless communication systems.
• Support the team with the background in wireless communications protocols
• Have an understanding of 3GPP telecommunications systems, with a particular emphasis on RRC (36.331).
• Design, implement and test new features, in addition to performing root cause analysis and bug fixes.
