Core network experience required for this role along with fault finding and support on core network elements. Quality Center would be the main tool that is used by the team.
The role will involve running the daily defect meetings, these may be up to three times daily as the programme reaches critical phases in its lifecycle. Also running the triage meetings to resolve defects and to support the Defects Manager.
Deal with faults that arise from testing Core Network Elements and assign the correct team to resolve.
