Senior Service Architect

Senior Service Architect is urgently required by our Global IT Services Client for a rolling 3-month contract to to be based in Telford. We are looking for a Senior Service Architect (Generalist) for service design and implementation.

Our client is looking for a hands-on Senior Service Architect, who will be responsible for putting together a service design and service implementation documents for a key project.

This role is responsible for understanding and documenting service requirements/service design and capturing any dependencies on the customer/ third parties. It is also responsible for tailoring the ITSM method and deliverables to enable change to be transitioned smoothly and efficiently. It requires a technical and commercial understanding as well as project knowledge. The candidate will be the end to end service solution owner.

To be successful you will have the following experience:

* Strong knowledge of service design and service processes

* ITIL accredited

* end to end service design experience (service solution owner)
* Service Delivery expertise
* Understanding of client operations - appreciation of current technologies
* Commercial Awareness
* Financial Awareness
* Risk Management
* Understanding of Agile principals
