My client has a vacancy for a Bid Support Senior Project Manager, to support the project management aspects of a number of opportunities as part of a bid support team.

Reporting to the Bid Support Lead, the Senior PM will have recent bid management/Pre-sales experience.

The role will be based in Basingstoke, and remote where possible, with travel required to other Company and customer sites as necessary.

The Senior PM will:

• Experience of the project manager role within large bids (L5) or medium sized (L4) bids
• Be experienced in the delivery of projects of varying scale and varying scope to include projects
• MPrince 2 or MSP Practitioner
• Have a consultancy background
• Experience in managing large or complex projects through the full life-cycle
• Extensive experience of Risk, Planning and Financial (P&L) Management.
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills
• Have sound influencing and negotiation skills
• Excellent writing skills

Due to the nature of the work, the successful candidate will need to hold active SC clearance prior to starting.
