We are looking for Senior Project manager for our client in Telecom on contract bases based at Reading. Out client is flexible on working onsite. It will be hybrid way of working from reading office.

Responsibilities

• Definition, initiation, delivery and leadership of complex projects so that they are correctly structured with an underpinned plan that is fully coordinated, risk-managed and communicated.
• Leadership of discrete groups of people, both internally and externally, to work together to realise the projects business benefits.
• Responsible for ensuring that budget investments allocated to the project are effectively managed.
• Govern and assure that the project is being delivered in accordance with the project governance processes and support the quarterly and annual planning processes.
• Provide the capability to manage change against project budget and provide clear, simple and transparent reporting.
• Contribute to building business cases with procurement and finance, managing budget input and pulling together outputs for onwards approval.

Experience Required:

• Strong senior level stakeholder management
• Budget management
• Managing internal and external teams to delivery to tight deadlines
• Ability to drive change and drive clarity
• Telecoms / IT Infrastructure background / data centre migration / cloud delivery on cloud infrastructure
• Vendor selection experience - managing RFI/RFP's
