Senior PR Manager (Consumer Tech / Lifestyle)

The Company:

My client is a world leading Telecoms Vendor, who operate in more than 170 countries across the globe. They are currently seeking an experienced Tech PR Manager to join their Consumer Business Group on a permanent basis.

Responsibilities:

• Define and deliver the PR strategy to positively influence tier-1 influencers globally.
• Develop and maintain excellent relationships with tier-1 global media (lifestyle/consumer tech) (print/social/digital media), and influencers, with an understanding of its part in other broader media outreach
• Create and implement integrated PR (incl. social media) plans by working closely with PR team lead, the wider Marketing team and key decision makers internationally to ensure alignment with business.
• Manage PR agency relationships and other external stakeholders where required
• Develop best in class practices for regional and country PR managers to follow

Experience Required:

• Around 10 years experience in public relations role for a consumer tech brand (Mobile / Electronics/ FMCG) a vertical media company , or relevant journalism space.
• A track record of increasingly senior roles, including international experience.
• An excellent understanding of all areas of the Communications and PR mix
• Excellent communication skills
