This leading telecoms company are going through an exciting period of change and are seeking an experienced People Business Partner to join their busy team.

You will work with a leadership team and CoE's to understand the business outcomes and ensure people strategy and solutions are developed and applied.

This role will be more strategic and leading rather than hands on and will involve a lot of work within the transformation.

You must have:

• Experience in a similar role where you have provides leadership and strategy
• Worked within a large organisation
• Experience of change / transformation environment
• HR knowledge
