Senior Legal Counsel / Legal Counsel - Contract - Berkshire - Telecoms

A leading telecoms company who are going through an exciting period of change are seeking an experienced Legal Counsel to join their growing in-house team in Berkshire on an ongoing contract basis.

You will be working across a broad spectrum of work providing quality legal and commercial advice to their IT, Network and Operations teams. This includes high value procurement work and in-life contracts. You will also support all corporate and finance transactions to corporate and business customers.

You will have:

• Commercial experience, predominantly with IT procurement/outsourcing deals
• Experience with complex projects
• Have a relevant qualification such as LLB degree
• Excellent contract drafting & negotiation skills
• Private Practice experience
