I'm working with a leading telecoms company who are seeking an experienced Legal Counsel to join their growing team in Berkshire for a 6 month rolling contract.

You will provide strategic legal support (both corporate and commercial) across an incredibly broad spectrum of work. You will work in a team that provides the highest quality legal and commercial advice to the companies IT, Network and Operations teams, primarily supporting high value procurement work but also in-life contract management. In addition, the team supports all corporate, finance and M&A transactions and all wholesale supply of services to our corporate and business customers (including our MVNOs). This diversity of work gives us the best opportunity to continue to constantly develop while also giving members of the team the opportunity to focus on their areas of interest.

As a Senior Legal Counsel will have commercial legal experience, encompassing complex commercial projects including negotiation, with a major UK or International Law firm. You will have a LLB degree and likely a minimum of 8PQE.
