Senior Internal Communications Manager

Based in Berkshire

Long-term Contract

We have an exciting long-term contract opportunity for an Internal Comms Manager to join a customer-centric technology brand in the Berkshire area.

This role will suit someone with significant internal comms experience, and proven ability to deliver engaging comms content around complex transformation & change issues. You will also need to use your ability to lead others, as this role has up to direct reports.

In this role you will need to be able to turn complex transformation & change topics in to engaging content! For this role you will need:

  • 5 years+ experience within Internal Communications
  • An ability to create clear comms plans, and deliver creative comms
  • Strong leadership capability
  • Previous experience of leading teams of 3+ people
  • Need to be able to push back, and influence others
  • Experience of change comms, including TUPE
